I found it really easy to tune in and follow the meditations, and what is really nice is that over the 6 weeks you get taken on gradual process. I really love the fact that I got the meditations sent to my WhatsApp after the sessions so I could just sit down for 10 minutes at any time of the day and do them by myself and I found then to be so beneficial that I’m always really looking forward to having this 'me time' now.
