Mindfulness is a practice. It’s not difficult but we need to remember to do it - over and over again.

Many of us are missing life and letting it pass us by because we are never really living in the present - which is all we have. After all - the past has gone and the future hasn’t happened yet.

When I first started out on my mindfulness journey my mind was a monkey mind chattering away about all sorts of negative rubbish. Gradually I began to train it by implementing the following simple techniques into my every day life which I am sharing with you.

Today I'm much more present in my every day life and also with my family so I no longer miss so many moments that i’ll never get back again. My level of self awareness is such that i’m able to recognise when an intrusive thought is untrue and quickly replace it with a more positive one.

This has totally transformed my life, because the quality of our life depends on the quality of our thoughts ansd how present we are.
